About the Role

Position Summary: 

The Account Coordinator will assist various teams in the set up and maintenance of online advertising campaigns. This position will allow you to be a significant contributor in working with Fortune 1000 brands and leading agencies through the launch of new campaigns, maintenance of existing campaigns, various reporting and tracking needs, and campaign optimizations. You will learn and understand the various distribution channels of online performance marketing in order to maximize campaign performance and scale and you’ll master the platforms and tools utilized to support these campaigns. This position is entry- level and will be training-intensive. An aptitude for learning new technical skills and procedures, being organized and detail oriented is a must. 



Responsibilities

● Support business development, delivery, and client service team. 

● Assist in the setup of campaigns through the use of tracking and deployment platforms. 

● Organize, compile, and monitor campaign details to support client facing teams. 

● Assist in troubleshooting tracking and reporting related issues using a variety of systems. 

● Master internal and external systems to generate and provide data reports for analysis on a daily or weekly cadence. 

● Partner with our design team to create, add, and modify creative assets within our tracking platform as needed for various clients. 

● Ensure data integrity through utilizing strong attention to detail, accuracy and judgment. 

● Prioritize incoming needs and requests based on what drives revenue and overall importance to the company. 

● Create, review, and approve creative content for internal and external stakeholders. 

● Use monitoring tools to ensure compliance and best practices. Required Qualifications: 

● Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field 

● Strong statistical & analytical skills, including ability to identify and quantify financial impact of opportunities with limited data ● Extremely organized and detail-oriented 

● Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, task-oriented environment 

● Comfortable with identifying and solving problems 

● Excellent computer skills -- Word, Excel (advanced level), PowerPoint, Google Suite 

● Fast learner, self-motivated and driven 

● Must be intelligent, professional, friendly and courteous 

● Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills Preferred Qualifications: 

● HTML, graphics and web page knowledge or internet marketing experience 

● Knowledge of pixel tracking via attribution/ tracking platforms
