About the Role

The Marketing Coordinator will support Ignite Media Group’s Affiliate division. You'll gain expertise in performance marketing distribution channels, mastering tracking platforms, reporting and compliance tools to support the Affiliate team in maximizing all partnership opportunities. This role involves data analysis, relationship management, and strategic optimization of affiliate partnerships. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong organizational and analytical skills, eager to develop and refine their client services and digital marketing expertise.


Responsibilities:

  • Assist in setup and maintenance of distribution partners through tracking platforms.

  • Compile, analyze, and present campaign data and insights to internal & client-facing teams, helping drive performance and inform strategic decisions.

  • Assist in reporting and tracking related needs across various platforms

  • Identify and solve tracking-related issues or campaign optimizations in a fast-paced environment, clearly communicating solutions to supervisors and relevant stakeholders.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external and internal partners, fostering collaboration and ensuring the alignment of goals.

  • Monitor affiliate activities to ensure compliance with company policies, campaign needs, and industry best practices.

  • Ensure data integrity by utilizing strong attention to detail, accuracy, and judgment.

  • Prioritize incoming tasks based on revenue potential and strategic importance to the company.

  • Assist team in prospecting and onboarding new affiliate partners, supporting the expansion of the network.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related discipline preferred.

  • Strong statistical, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with an ability to interpret data to inform decisions.

  • Extremely organized and detail-oriented

  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

  • Comfortable with identifying and solving problems

  • Fast learner, self-motivated, driven, and able to adapt quickly in an ever-changing environment.

  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills, with a strategic mindset

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience within digital marketing

  • Familiarity with HTML, tracking/ad serving platforms and/or internet marketing experience

  • Experience with business intelligence/data visualization tools and compliance tools

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint as well as Google Workspace
