About the Role

Are you passionate about driving growth and building relationships in the performance marketing industry? As a Publisher Business Development Manager at Ignite Media Group, you'll be at the forefront of expanding our publisher network. In this high-impact role, you’ll work with the affiliate sales team to identify, onboard, and nurture new publisher relationships, playing a key role in accelerating revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect, qualify, and secure new business opportunities by developing strong publisher relationships.

  • Meet with prospects to create tailored proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals.

  • Attend industry conferences, networking events, and client meetings to grow the publisher network and drive business development efforts.

  • Keep CRM systems up to date by efficiently tracking sales progress and managing active opportunities.

  • Conduct follow-ups through calls, messages, and meetings to effectively move deals from prospect to close.

  • Understand the business, unique goals and objectives of each publisher, developing customized strategies to meet and exceed their expectations and revenue potential.

  • Manage and expand relationships with key publishers, ensuring sustained growth and collaboration.

  • Leverage your performance marketing expertise to optimize campaigns, analyze data, and identify innovative ways to scale publishers' reach.

  • Stay on top of industry trends by attending events and engaging with our publisher base.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).

  • 3-5 years of experience in affiliate marketing.

  • Self-motivated with a proven track record of growing and managing publisher relationships.

  • In depth understanding of performance marketing channels and media buying

  • Strong ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a high-demand client-facing environment

  • Results-driven with a strong work ethic and a collaborative team spirit.

  • Positive, energetic, and adaptable in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
