About the Role

Key Responsibilities:
Prospect, qualify, and secure new business opportunities by developing strong publisher relationships.
Meet with prospects to create tailored proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals.
Attend industry conferences, networking events, and client meetings to grow the publisher network and drive business development efforts.
Keep CRM systems up to date by efficiently tracking sales progress and managing active opportunities.
Conduct follow-ups through calls, messages, and meetings to effectively move deals from prospect to close.
Understand the business, unique goals and objectives of each publisher, developing customized strategies to meet and exceed their expectations and revenue potential.
Manage and expand relationships with key publishers, ensuring sustained growth and collaboration.
Leverage your performance marketing expertise to optimize campaigns, analyze data, and identify innovative ways to scale publishers' reach.
Stay on top of industry trends by attending events and engaging with our publisher base.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
3-5 years of experience in affiliate marketing.
Self-motivated with a proven track record of growing and managing publisher relationships.
In depth understanding of performance marketing channels and media buying
Strong ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a high-demand client-facing environment
Results-driven with a strong work ethic and a collaborative team spirit.
