About the Role

Ignite is looking for a passionate and motivated sales development representative to join our

team! This person will be responsible for fueling our advertiser sales pipeline by prospecting,

conducting outreach, qualifying leads, educating prospects, and booking calls for our sales

managers. Our ideal candidate for the SDR role is highly driven, displays excellent interpersonal

communication, and is a quick learner who is looking to develop and refine their sales skills.

Responsibilities:

● Collaborate with the sales team to build and maintain a pipeline of advertiser prospects.

● Use outbound methods (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, etc.) to initiate contact with

prospects and introduce the company’s services.

● Effectively manage the prospect pipeline by moving sales opportunities from cold lead to

scheduled sales call.

● Ability to prioritize prospecting efforts based on needs of the business.

● Leverage available sales tools to source contacts and build outreach templates.

● Conduct outreach, build rapport, and position Ignite’s solutions via multiple outreach

methods.

● Facilitate timely and persuasive follow up communications through multiple

communication channels.

● Accurately maintain ongoing outreach within CRM creating visibility across the sales

team.

● Build and test strategies to meet and exceed the KPIs within the role.

● Weekly meetings with the sales team to review prospect lists and response rates.

● Collaborate with all sales managers and sales coordinators to contribute value to the

team environment.


Required Skills:

● ~1 year of experience in a sales role

● Excellent communication with a strategic sales mindset

● Self-motivated, results-oriented, accountable, strong work ethic and a strong team player

● Positive, resilient and able to adapt quickly in an ever-changing environment

● Effective time management skills – ability to prioritize and meet deadlines

● Bachelor's degree in business or related field


Salary Range: $50,000 - $60,000 per year depending on experience.
