About the Role
Ignite is looking for a talented Senior Account Executive to join our sales team! This person will
leverage their existing advertiser relationships as well as networking and sales skills to close
new advertisers for Ignite’s customer acquisition channels. This person is a highly driven, self-
motivated, proven sales professional who can confidently represent our company as a leader in
the digital advertising space.
The Senior Account Executive will serve as a key driver of revenue growth by strategically
identifying, engaging, and securing high-value advertising partnerships within Ignite’s top
verticals. With advanced sales expertise and a proven track record of success, this individual
will build and manage a robust pipeline of advertisers, employing a consultative approach to
deliver customized marketing solutions that align with client objectives. The Senior Account
Executive will lead complex sales cycles, from prospecting and high-impact presentations to
closing deals and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure seamless onboarding and campaign
success.
As a senior member of the sales team, this role requires leadership in identifying market
opportunities, mentoring junior team members, and representing Ignite at industry events. The
ideal candidate is a highly skilled communicator and negotiator, adept at engaging with C-suite
executives and marketing leaders. This role demands a strategic mindset, a commitment to
delivering exceptional client value, and the ability to excel in a fast-paced, results-driven
environment while consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets.

Responsibilities:
● Leverage existing network and advanced sales expertise to identify and create a pipeline
of high-value advertisers in Ignite’s top verticals
● Conduct prospecting outreach to new advertisers through personalized, multi-channel
touchpoints, securing sales calls or in-person meetings with decision makers and high
level executives
● Prepare and conduct high-impact sales presentations that address complex marketing
needs and align with client objectives.
● Conduct timely and persuasive follow-up calls, emails, and meetings to efficiently close
new, high-impact business deals
● Develop a strong understanding of each client's goals and objectives, and build a
customized, results-driven sales strategy to achieve them
● Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to onboard, launch, manage, and
scale campaigns
● Efficiently track sales progress, keeping active opportunities up to date in the CRM
system
● Consistently exceed quarterly revenue goals through a strategic approach to building an
individual book of business
● Represent Ignite at client meetings, industry conferences, and networking events to
strengthen relationships and uncover new business opportunities.
Required Skills:
● 5-7 years of experience in performance marketing, digital ad sales or client management
role
● Demonstrated ability to close complex deals and manage relationships with high-value
clients.
● Existing knowledge of current digital marketing ecosystem, especially in the areas of
data-driven and performance-based marketing
● Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to
influence senior-level stakeholders with a strategic sales mindset
● Demonstrated ability to close complex deals and manage relationships with high-value
clients.
● Leadership qualities, including mentoring junior team members and contributing to team
success.
● Results-oriented, accountable, strong work ethic and a strong team player
● Positive, resilient and able to adapt quickly in an ever-changing environment
● Effective time management skills – ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
● Bachelor's degree in business or related field
Salary Range: $85,000 - $95,000 per year depending on experience.
